Token Issuer definition

Token Issuer shall have the meaning given to it in the opening paragraph of this document.

Token Issuer means the Company or, in the event a Person other than the Company is the issuer of the Tokens at the time of the TGE, such other Person.

• The Purchaser understands that, upon acceptance by the Token Issuer, the Purchaser is not entitled to cancel, terminate or revoke this Purchase Agreement.
