Common use of No Claim Clause in Contracts

No Claim. evidence satisfactory to the Lenders that the Builder (and any other party who may have a claim pursuant to the relevant Contract) has no claims against the relevant Ship or the Company, the relevant Owner and that there have been no breaches of the terms of the relevant Contract or the relevant Refund Guarantees or any default thereunder;

No Claim. evidence satisfactory to the Lenders that the Builder (and any other party who may have a claim pursuant to the relevant ContractContracts) has no claims against the relevant Ship Ships, the Company or the Company, the relevant Owner Owners and that there have been no breaches of the terms of the relevant Contract Contracts or the relevant Refund Guarantees or any default thereunder;

No Claim. evidence satisfactory to the Lenders Agent and/or the Banks that the relevant Builder (and any other party who may have a claim pursuant to the relevant Contract) has no claims against the relevant Additional Ship or the Company, the Borrower or relevant Owner and that there have been no breaches of the terms of the relevant Contract or the relevant Refund Guarantees Guarantee or any default thereunder;

No Claim. evidence satisfactory to the Lenders that the Builder (and any other party who may have a claim pursuant to the relevant Contract) has no claims against the relevant Ship Ship, the Company or the Company, the relevant Owner and that there have been no breaches of the terms of the relevant Contract or the relevant Refund Guarantees Guarantee or any default thereunder;
