No Claims Filed. Executive represents and warrants that Executive has not filed any claims or causes of action against any of the Releasees, including, but not limited to, any charges of discrimination (including harassment) or retaliation with any federal, state or local agency or court. Executive’s representation to same constitutes a material inducement for GEO entering into this Agreement. In the event Executive has filed such a claim or cause of action, it will be considered a material breach of the terms of this Agreement.
