Common use of No Claims Clause in Contracts

No Claims. Nothing contained in this Agreement creates or justifies any claim against the County by any person that Borrower may have employed or with whom Borrower may have contracted relative to the purchase of materials, supplies or equipment, or the furnishing or the performance of any work or services with respect to the purchase of the Property, the construction or operation of the Development, and Borrower shall include similar requirements in any contracts entered into for the construction or operation of the Development.

No Claims. Nothing contained in this Agreement creates or justifies any claim against the County by any person that Borrower may have employed or with whom Borrower may have contracted relative to the purchase of materials, supplies or equipment, or the furnishing or the performance of any work or services with respect to the purchase of the Property, the construction rehabilitation or operation of the DevelopmentResidence, and Borrower shall include similar requirements in any contracts entered into for the construction rehabilitation or operation of the DevelopmentResidence.

Nothing contained in this Agreement creates or justifies any claim against the County by any person that Borrower may have employed or with whom Borrower may have contracted relative to the purchase of materials, supplies or equipment, or the furnishing or the performance of any work or services with respect to the purchase of the Property, the construction rehabilitation or operation of the Development, and Borrower shall include similar requirements in any contracts entered into for the construction rehabilitation or operation of the Development.

Nothing contained in this Agreement creates or justifies any claim against the County by any person that Borrower may have employed or with whom Borrower may have contracted relative to the purchase of materials, supplies or equipment, or the furnishing or the performance of any work or services with respect to the purchase lease of the Property, the construction or operation of the Development, and Borrower shall include similar requirements in any contracts entered into for the construction or operation of the Development.

Borrower shall include similar requirements in any contracts entered into for the construction or operation of the Developmentrelated to Predevelopment Activities.

Nothing contained in this Agreement creates or justifies any claim against the County by any person that Borrower may have employed or with whom Borrower may have contracted relative to the purchase of materials, supplies or equipment, or the furnishing or the performance of any work or services with respect to the purchase of the PropertyExisting Improvements, the construction of the Improvements, or operation of the Development, and Borrower shall include similar requirements in any contracts entered into for the construction of the Improvements or operation of the Development.
