Common use of No Class Actions or Jury Trials Clause in Contracts

No Class Actions or Jury Trials. Notwithstanding any language herein to the contrary, neither you nor we will have the right to: (1) participate in a class action in court or in arbitration, either as a class representative, class member or otherwise; (2) act as a private attorney general in court or in arbitration; (3) join or consolidate Claims by or against you with claims by or against any other person, and the arbitrator will have no authority to conduct any such class, private attorney general, or multiple-party proceeding; or (4) have a jury decide the Claim.
