One-Time Payments. The following one-time payments are limited to the two years cited in this agreement and are not scheduled to recur in the future:

One-Time Payments. You may authorize a one-time payment to us using your debit card or by authorizing an ACH from your deposit account, by sending us cash, a money order, check, or cashier’s check to the lockbox address we designate on your Statement, or by visiting an authorized payment location listed in your Statement. By authorizing a payment, you also authorize us to debit or credit your selected payment method to correct any errors, process returned and reversed payments, unless prohibited by law or payment network rules.

Payment Application and Instructions A payment made in accordance with our payment instructions and received by 5 pm PT on a Business Day will be credited to your Account as of the day we receive it. If we receive a payment after 5 pm PT on a Business Day or on a non-Business Day, we will credit it on the next Business Day. If you do not follow our payment instructions, we may not accept your payment, or there may be a delay in crediting your Account. We may process a late payment, partial payment, or a payment marked “payment in full” or with any other restrictive endorsement without losing any of our rights under this Agreement. Any settlement of your Account for less than what is owed requires a written agreement signed by you and us. Your Available Credit may be increased by the amount of your payment within a reasonable time after that payment is received, provided you have not exceeded your Credit Limit. We may delay the change to your Available Credit until we confirm that your payment has cleared. This may happen even if we credit your payment to your Account. We may reject and return any payment that creates or adds to a credit balance on your Account. We may without notice restrict the availability of any credit balance in our sole and absolute discretion, to the extent permitted by law. We may reduce the amount of any credit balance by the amount of any new charges. You may write to the address provided on your Statement or call the number on the back of your Card to request a refund of any available credit balance. We may allow you, from time to time, to skip one or more monthly payments, and we will notify you when this option is available. If you elect to skip a payment, finance charges will continue to accrue, and the requirement to make a Minimum Payment each month will resume following the skip payment period.
One-Time Payments. Any one-time or other non-refundable fees, royalties or other payments made or paid to the owner of the Real Property under any contract assumed by Buyer at Closing (including, but not limited to, any payments made to the owner of the Property under any cable agreement) (“One-Time Payments”) shall be not be apportioned pro rata between Seller and Buyer and Buyer shall not receive any credit from Seller at closing for any portion of any One-Time Payment attributable or allocable to any period of time from and after Closing.
One-Time Payments. Xxxxxxx Controls and Adient shall cooperate in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate with any third Persons from whom Approvals or Notifications must be obtained to transfer or assign any Adient Asset or Xxxxxxx Controls Asset, as applicable, or assume any Adient Liability or Xxxxxxx Controls Liability, as applicable, to minimize the need for, and cost of, any One-Time Payments required by such third Person for any Approvals or Notifications.
One-Time Payments. When you place an Order with a One Time Payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Fluke (or our third party payment processor) is authorized to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your Order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

One-Time Payments. In consideration of the exclusive licenses and rights set forth in this Agreement, OMP shall pay LifeCell One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), payable as follows:
One-Time Payments. At the end of academic year 2021-22: • Adjunct faculty who were in Step 18 during Fall 2021 who have carried an instructional load of at least 6 LHEs during the 2021-22 academic year will receive a longevity payment of $200. Only adjunct faculty members who have not retired under SURS are eligible for this payment. These payments will not count toward an adjunct faculty member’s LHE total. • Adjunct faculty members who were not in Step 18 during Fall 2021 and who have carried an instructional load of at least 6 LHEs during the 2021-22 academic year will receive a one-time payment of $200. Adjunct faculty who carried an instructional load of less than 6 LHEs during the academic year will receive a one-time payment of $100. Only adjunct faculty members who have not retired under SURS are eligible for this payment. These payments will not count toward an adjunct faculty member’s LHE total. At the end of academic year 2023-24: • Adjunct faculty who were in Step 18 during Fall 2023 who have carried an instructional load of at least 6 LHEs during the 2023-24 academic year will receive a longevity payment of $200. Only adjunct faculty who have not retired under SURS are eligible for this payment. These payments will not count toward an adjunct faculty member’s LHE total. • Adjunct faculty who were not in Step 18 during Fall 2023 will receive no one-time payment. This one-time payment provision will sunset at the end of this 2021-2025 Agreement.
