No Classified Information. The Parties agree that no classified information will be exchanged under this Agreement. The UMD shall not be responsible for disclosure of Confidential Information by employees of UMD after termination of their employment if the UMD takes reasonable steps to prevent such Confidential Information disclosure violations.
