Common use of No Collateral Attack Clause in Contracts

No Collateral Attack. This Agreement shall not be subject to collateral attack by any Class Members or their representatives any time on or after the Effective Date. Prohibited collateral attacks shall include, but are not limited to, assertions that a Class Member's claim should have been heard or decided by another forum, that a Class Member's claim was improperly denied, that the payment to a Class Member was improperly calculated, or that a Class Member's request for exclusion was improperly denied.
