No Collusion. A. The Offeror represents and certifies its employees, agents and representatives have not and shall not discuss or disclose the terms of their proposal and its submission or response thereto with any third party other than persons or entities, which the Offeror engaged to assist it with respect to such response or submission. B. Neither the Offeror nor the firm, corporation, partnership or institution represented by the Offeror or anyone acting for such firm, corporation or institution has violated the antitrust laws of this state, federal antitrust laws, nor communicated directly or indirectly the offer made to any competitor or any other person engaged in such line of business.
