Common use of No Commitment or Obligation of Funds Clause in Contracts

No Commitment or Obligation of Funds. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute funds commitment or obligation by any Party. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute an agreement by any Party to obligate or transfer funds in advance of any appropriation of those funds. Specific activities or projects that involve the transfer of funds, services, or property between or among any of the Parties will require execution of separate agreements and be contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. Such activities must be independently authorized by appropriate statutory authority. This MOA does not provide such authority.
