NO COMPENSATION 15. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that no compensation whatsoever for loss of use, loss of business opportunity or loss of profitability, financial or otherwise, will be payable or provided by the Lessor where any part of the Leased Lands are withdrawn for any of the purposes or uses mentioned in Sections 12, 13 and 14 of this Lease Agreement.
