No Compensation on Expiry of Concession Period. In the event of expiry of Concession by efflux of time (the Concession having run its full course), the Concessionaire shall hand over/ transfer peaceful possession of the Project Site, all Assets and the Project Facilities and Services to Maha-Metro, free of cost and Encumbrance.
