Common use of No Compensation or Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

No Compensation or Reimbursement. Except as otherwise provided in a written agreement or policy approved by the Board and except for compensation employees receive as employees of the Company, a Unitholder, whether or not a Member, in the status as Unitholder or Member shall not receive any salary, fee, or draw for services rendered to or on behalf of the Company and shall not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred by the Unitholder or Member on behalf of the Company.
