Common use of No Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

No Competitive Bidding. Construction of the Authorized Improvements shall not require competitive bidding pursuant to Section 252.022(a) (9) of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended. All plans and specifications, but not construction contracts, shall be reviewed and approved, in writing, by the City prior to Developer selecting the contractor.
