Common use of No Condemnation or Expropriation Clause in Contracts

No Condemnation or Expropriation. Neither properties demised under the Leases, or any portion thereof or any other assets of the Company is subject to any governmental decree or order to be sold of which the Company has received notice or is being condemned, expropriated or otherwise taken by any public authority with or without payment of compensation therefor, nor, to the knowledge of the Company, has any such condemnation, expropriation or taking been proposed.

Neither properties demised under the Leases, or whole nor any portion thereof of the property or any other assets of leaseholds owned or held by the Company is subject to any governmental decree or order to be sold of which the Company has received notice or is being condemned, expropriated expropriated, or otherwise taken by any public authority Governmental Body or other Person with or without payment of compensation therefor, nor, which action is likely to have a material adverse effect on the knowledge business or financial condition of the Company, has any such condemnation, expropriation or taking been proposed.
