Executive represents that Executive’s performance of all the terms of this Agreement does not and will not breach any agreement or obligation of any kind made prior to Executive’s employment by the Company, including agreements or obligations Executive may have with prior employers or entities for which Executive has provided services. Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.

NO CONFLICT WITH EXISTING OBLIGATIONS. Executive represents that Executive’s performance of all the terms of this Agreement does and as an Executive of the Company do not and will not breach any agreement or obligation of any kind made prior to Executive’s employment by the Company, including agreements or obligations Executive may have with prior employers or entities for which Executive has provided services. Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewithherewith or with Executive’s duties to the Company.

Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive he will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, obligation either written or oral, oral in conflict herewith.

Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.

Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.

Executive represents that Executive’s continued performance of all the terms of this Agreement does and as an employee of the Company do not and will not breach any agreement or obligation of any kind made prior to Executive’s employment by the Company, including agreements or obligations Executive may have with prior employers or entities for which Executive has provided services. Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.

Executive represents that Executive’s performance of all the terms of this Agreement and as an executive of the Company does not and will not breach any agreement or obligation of any kind made prior to Executive’s employment by the Company, including agreements or obligations Executive may have with prior employers or entities for which Executive has provided services. Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewiththat conflicts with Executive’s obligations hereunder.

Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive he will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, obligation either written or oral, oral in conflict herewith.

Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive he will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, obligation either written or oral, oral in conflict herewith.

Company acknowledges that it has been provided with a copy of the restrictive covenants applicable to Executive’s employment with his previous employer. Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.

NO CONFLICT WITH EXISTING OBLIGATIONS. Executive represents that Executive’s continued performance of all the terms of this Agreement and as an executive of the Company does not and will not breach any agreement or obligation of any kind made prior to Executive’s employment by the Company, including agreements or obligations Executive may have with prior employers or entities for which Executive has provided servicesservices (including, but not limited to, CinRx Pharma, LLC). Executive has not entered into, and Executive agrees that Executive will not enter into, any agreement or obligation, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.

Executive represents that Executive’s 's performance of all the terms of this Agreement does not and will not breach any agreement or obligation of any kind made prior to Executive’s 's employment by the Company, including agreements or obligations Executive may have with prior employers or entities for which Executive has provided services.
