Common use of No Conflicting Competition Clause in Contracts

No Conflicting Competition. While employed by Emulex, Employee shall not in any manner (whether as an employee, consultant, or otherwise) perform services for, or have an ownership interest in (other than less than one percent (1%) of a publicly-held company), any entity that competes with Emulex or any employment or business which is otherwise in conflict with Employee's employment relationship with Emulex.
