No Conflicting Terms. Except for Ordering Information, any terms and conditions contained in a Purchase Order or in Corium’s quotation or order acknowledgment forms that are inconsistent with or in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Supply Terms) are hereby rejected by Corium and will be deemed null and of no effect.
