No Continued Right to Employment. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as providing any Member any right to continued employment by the Company, WMG or any of its Affiliates, nor will it be construed as limiting or otherwise affecting any of such Member’s obligations or duties owed to WMG and its Affiliates in his or her capacity as an employee of WMG or any of its Affiliates.
