No Contractor Approval Required. No confirmation, consent or approval by Contractor is required in respect of Owner directions to Trustee and Trustee actions relating to the Trust Subaccount and Qualified Securities and Proceeds, provided that Contractor shall give such confirmations, consents and approvals as are reasonably requested by Owner.

  • Prior Approval Required Consultant shall not subcontract any portion of the work required by this Agreement, except as expressly stated herein, without prior written approval of LAFCO. Subcontracts, if any, shall contain a provision making them subject to all provisions stipulated in this Agreement.
