Prudential Requirements definition

Prudential Requirements means the requirements specified in clause 6.7(g);
Prudential Requirements has the meaning given in the Port Loading Protocols. Pulses means chickpeas, lupins, field peas, faba beans, lentils, vetch, broad beans and all other grain legumes.

More Definitions of Prudential Requirements

Prudential Requirements means the reserve funding, liquidity and lending requirements and requirements for external borrowing specified in Schedule 3, but does not include the criteria respecting the prudent conduct of a credit union’s business referred to in paragraphs 4 to 8 of Schedule 2;
