Common use of No Contribution from Lessor Clause in Contracts

No Contribution from Lessor. If the Lessee is required under this Lease to make any payment of money or give other consideration to a third party for outgoings, goods, services and benefits of any kind the Lessee is not entitled to any contribution from the Lessor for any GST payable by it to any person.
