The Authorized Distributor agrees that he would inform any incident of blacklisting or debarment by any of the Govt/Semi GovtStatutory/Autonomus/Govt. aided and /or funded Institution during the tender period or extension thereof to the Central Medical Stores, in writing.

NO‐ CONVICTIONCERTIFICATE. The vendor has submitted ‘No conviction certificate’ submitted from the concerned Drug Controlling Authority of the State where the manufacturer is registered for last three years. He has also to submit an affidavit in the prescribed proforma from Notary/ first class Judicial Magistrate/Executive Magistrate. The vendor agrees that he would inform any incident of blacklisting or debarment by any of the Govt/Semi Govt Statutory/Autonomus/Govt. aided and /or funded Institution during the tender period or extension thereof to the Central Medical Stores, in writing.

  • Criminal Convictions Grantee certifies that neither it nor any officer, director, partner or other managerial agent of Grantee has been convicted of a felony under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, nor a Class 3 or Class 2 felony under Illinois Securities Law of 1953, or that at least five (5) years have passed since the date of the conviction. Grantee further certifies that it is not barred from receiving an Award under 30 ILCS 500/50-10.5, and acknowledges that Grantor shall declare the Agreement void if this certification is false (30 ILCS 500/50-10.5).

  • No Felony Criminal Convictions Contractor represents that neither Contractor nor any of its employees, agents, or representatives, including any subcontractors and employees, agents, or representative of such subcontractors, have been convicted of a felony criminal offense or that if such a conviction has occurred Contractor has fully advised System Agency in writing of the facts and circumstances surrounding the convictions.

  • Waiver of Appellate and Post-Conviction Rights a. The defendant acknowledges, understands and agrees that by pleading guilty pursuant to this plea agreement he waives his right to appeal or collaterally attack a finding of guilt following the acceptance of this plea agreement, except on grounds of (1) ineffective assistance of counsel; or (2) prosecutorial misconduct.

  • Registration and Registration of Transfer of Residual Certificates (a) Xxxxxx Mae shall cause to be kept at the office or agency to be maintained by it pursuant to Section 5.05 hereof, a register (the “Certificate Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, Xxxxxx Xxx shall provide for the registration of the Residual Certificates and the registration of transfers of the Residual Certificates.   • Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.

  • Convicted Vendors A person or affiliate placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime is prohibited from doing any of the following for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list: submitting a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; submitting a bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; submitting bids on leases of real property to a public entity; being awarded or performing work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and transacting business with any public entity in excess of the Category Two threshold amount ($25,000) provided in section 287.017 of the Florida Statutes.

  • Certification of claims by Statutory Auditors Any claim or document provided by the Concessionaire to the Authority in connection with or relating to receipts, income, payments, costs, expenses, accounts or audit, and any matter incidental thereto shall be valid and effective only if certified by its Statutory Auditors. For the avoidance of doubt, such certification shall not be required for exchange of information in the normal course of business including the submission of Monthly Fee Statements under Clause 19.5.

  • Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.

  • Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.
