Convicted Vendors. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a Contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, F.S., for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.

A person or affiliate placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime is prohibited from doing any of the following for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list: submitting a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; submitting a bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; submitting bids on leases of real property to a public entity; being awarded or performing work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and transacting business with any public entity in excess of the Category Two threshold amount ($25,000) provided in section 287.017 of the Florida Statutes.
Convicted Vendors. Grantee shall disclose to DEO if it, or any of its affiliates, as defined in section 287.133(1)(a) of the Florida Statutes, is on the convicted vendor list. A person or affiliate placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime is prohibited from doing any of the activities listed in Section I.F.5 above for a period of thirty–six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Convicted Vendors. Contractor shall disclose to DEO if it, or any of its affiliates, as defined in section 287.133(1)(a) of the Florida Statutes, is on the convicted vendor list. Recipient shall have a continuing obligation to disclose, to the Commission, in writing, if it, its principals, recipient, subrecipient, contractor, or subcontractor, are on the convicted vendors list maintained by the Florida Department of Management Services pursuant to Section 287.133(3)(d), F.S.

A person or affiliate placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime is prohibited from doing any of the activities listed in Section I.F.1.e. above for a period of thirty–six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
