No-Cost Extension. The term of this Agreement may be extended with no additional funding by a written notice signed by the Department in order to allow the Provider to continue to use the funds to perform the work of this Agreement at the same terms and conditions as this Agreement for an additional period of time. For the purpose of this extension, the funding amount is limited to the funds not spent by the Provider by the end of the Budget period. At no time will the length of this Agreement exceed 5 years including any extension.

No-Cost Extension. For OT awards, any project period extension beyond the initial project period requires NIH prior approval. The request should include a description of the project activities that require support during the extension and a statement about the funds available to support the extension.

The request should contain the reason for the extension, any unexpended funds identified and how the funds will be used, and the length of time requested for the extension. No-Cost Extension. The recipient may request a one-time no-cost extension, not to exceed 12 months, prior to the established expiration date. The recipient must apply for the no-cost extension through the NASA Shared Services Center at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxx/nocostextension. A link to the Earthdata Wiki space established for report submissions shall be distributed to the Recipient prior to the official project kick-off meeting with NASA HQ.
No-Cost Extension. As we move into year 5 of the program, the LRCP team is mobilizing to request a no-cost extension which would specifically enable a few key subs to continue their work as well as giving us more time to focus on achieving sustainability for the Central America and Caribbean Literacy Network (RedLEI). For the no-cost extension, LRCP is requesting that AIR subawardees CIASES, and UVG extend for an additional 6 months and that J&A subawardees ASIES and the Dominican Republic (no sub, just staff) extend for the same 6 months. This would extend their work through January of 2020. In addition, the LRCP Haiti component will also continue during the extension period for an additional 4 months.
