No-Cost Extension. The term of this Agreement may be extended with no additional funding by a written notice signed by the Department in order to allow the Provider to continue to use the funds to perform the work of this Agreement at the same terms and conditions as this Agreement for an additional period of time. For the purpose of this extension, the funding amount is limited to the funds not spent by the Provider by the end of the Budget period. At no time will the length of this Agreement exceed 5 years including any extension.
No-Cost Extension. Other than as provided for in Section M, the Grantee will be permitted one no-cost extension for up to one year in duration with 30 days prior written approval of LLS. At the end of the no-cost extension period, any funds remaining must be returned to LLS.

No-Cost Extension. As provided in 2 CFR 200.308, the Recipient must provide the Contracting Officer with notice in advance if it intends to utilize a one-time, no-cost extension of this Award. The notification must include the supporting reasons and the revised period of performance. The Recipient must submit this notification in writing to the Contracting Officer and DOE Technology Manager/ Project Officer at least 30 days before the end of the current budget period. Any no-cost extension will not alter the project scope, milestones, deliverables, or budget of this Award.
No-Cost Extension. For OT awards, any project period extension beyond the initial project period requires NIH prior approval. The request should include a description of the project activities that require support during the extension and a statement about the funds available to support the extension.
No-Cost Extension. If needed, Grantee may submit a request for a no-cost extension to Grantor before the end of the Grant Period. The request should contain the reason for the extension, any unexpended funds identified and how the funds will be used, and the length of time requested for the extension. Grantor may in its sole discretion approve or deny such request for an extension, and if such extension is approved, then the Grant Period (as such term is defined in the Grant Agreement) shall be accordingly extended.
No-Cost Extension. The Research Project shall be carried out in accordance with the milestones described herein. In the event that these milestones are not met within the time frame established herein, SRF and the Institution may mutually agree to extend the Award Period and corresponding payment dates set forth in the Payment Schedule, provided work towards completion of the milestones continues and there is no additional expense to SRF.
No-Cost Extension. The TSC may, in a writing signed by the Executive Director, approve a no-cost extension for the Grant Agreement of up to six months after the Termination Date if Grantee demonstrates it requires additional time to complete the Grant Project. Grantee must be in good fiscal and programmatic standing. All terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement shall continue during any extension period and if such extension is approved, notwithstanding Section 3, all references to the “Termination Date” in this Grant Agreement shall refer to the date of the extension period expires.
No-Cost Extension. Period of performance dates for the option periods are adjusted in the contract and now reads as follows:

b. UNDER SECTION F — DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE, ARTICLE F.1 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, shall be changed to the following:
a. The base period of performance of this contract shall be from July 30, 2010 through October 31, 2013.
b. If the Government exercises its options pursuant to the OPTION CLAUSE Article in Section H of the contract. The period of performance will be increased as defined in SECTION B of this contract.
No-Cost Extension. An extension of time to a project period and/or budget period to complete the work of the grant under that period, without additional funding or competition. For NIH, see sections 8.1.1.3 and 8.1.2.1 of the NIH Grants Policy Statement for additional information.
