No Contributions. The Trustee shall not accept or make any contribution of cash to the Trust Fund after 90 days of the Closing Date, and shall not accept or make any contribution of other assets to the Trust Fund unless, in either case, it shall have received an Opinion of Counsel to the effect that the inclusion of such assets in the Trust Fund will not cause either REMIC I or REMIC II to fail to qualify as a REMIC at any time that any Class A or Subordinate Certificates are outstanding or subject the Trust Fund to any tax on contributions to the REMIC under Section 860G(d) of the Code.

No Contributions. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries nor, to the knowledge of the Company, any of its employees or agents has at any time during the last five years (i) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for foreign office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law, or (ii) made any payment to any foreign, federal or state governmental officer or official or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction thereof.

The Insurer agrees that any Beneficiary Family Unit or any of the Beneficiaries or any other third party shall be entitled to obtain additional health insurance or any other insurance cover of any nature whatsoever, including in relation to the benefits provided under this Insurance Contract and a Policy, either individually or on a family floater cover basis.
b. Notwithstanding that such Beneficiary Family Unit or any of the Beneficiaries or any third party acting on their behalf effect additional health insurance or any other insurance cover of any nature whatsoever, the Insurer agrees that:
(i) its liability to make a Claim Payment shall not be waived or discharged in part or in full based on a rateable or any other proportion of the expenses incurred and that are covered by the benefits under the Covers;
(ii) it shall be required to make the full Claim Payment in respect of the benefits provided under this Insurance Contract and the relevant Policy; and
(iii) if the total expenses incurred by the Beneficiary exceeds the available Sum Insured under the Covers, then the Insurer shall make payment to the extent of the available Sum Insured in respect of the benefits provided under this Insurance Contract and the relevant Policy and the other insurers shall pay for any excess expenses not covered.
No Contributions. After the Closing, the Seller shall make no contributions to any Employee Plan on behalf of any former employee or independent contractor of the Seller who is employed by the Buyer after the Closing.
No Contributions. Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries, since each has been a subsidiary of the Company, nor, to the Company's best knowledge, any employee or agent of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, has, directly or indirectly, (i) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for political office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law, or (ii) made any payment to any federal, state, local, or foreign governmental official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction thereof or applicable foreign jurisdictions.

No Contributions. Developer has not made any contributions to the Township, nor to its officials, that would cause a violation of ethics law, pay-to-play practices, or similar laws.

(a) so long as a Member’s contributions to this Plan are suspended, or
(b) from and after the time a Member ceases to participate in this Plan, contributions on behalf of such Member pursuant to sections 4.5 and 4.6 will also be suspended.
