No Cost for Cigna DMO Plan. The Cigna DMO Plan (or an equivalent plan) will continue to be provided at no cost to regular full-time employees and to regular part-time employees with three (3) years of service. However, effective January 1, 2015, and thereafter, the Hospital will charge regular full-time employees with less than three (3) years of service half of the then current rate applicable to part-time employees with less than three (3) years of service.
