No Court Orders etc. Neither the Sellers nor the Company, nor any of the assets or operations which they own or in which they are interested, is subject to any continuing injunction, judgment or order of any court, arbitrator, governmental agency or regulatory body, nor is the Company in default under any order, Licence, regulation or demand of any governmental agency or regulatory body or with respect to any order, suit, injunction or decree of any court.
