No Damages Relief Against City. The parties acknowledge that the City would not have entered into this Agreement had it been exposed to damage claims from Owner, or Owners successors in interest, assigns, partners, or anyone acting on behalf of the Owner for any breach thereof. As such, the parties agree that in no event shall Owner, or Owners successors in interest, assigns, partners, or anyone acting on behalf of the Owner be entitled to recover damages against City for breach of this Agreement.
