No dealings with Restricted. Parties The Charterers shall not, and shall not permit or authorise any other person to, directly utilise or employ the Vessel or to use, lend, make payments of, contribute or otherwise make available, all or any part of the proceeds of any transaction(s) contemplated by the Transaction Documents to fund any trade, business or other activities: (i) involving or for the benefit of any Restricted Party; and (ii) in any other manner that would reasonably be expected to result in any Obligor, the Owners, any Approved Commercial Managers, any Approved Technical Managers or any Finance Party (if applicable) being in breach of any Sanctions or become a Restricted Party.

(iii) Prior to the due presentation for registration of transfer of any Security, the Issuer, the Trustee, the Paying Agent or the Registrar may deem and treat the person in whose name a Security is registered as the absolute owner of such Security for the purpose of receiving payment of principal of and interest on such Security and for all other purposes whatsoever, whether or not such Security is overdue, and none of the Issuer, the Trustee, the Paying Agent or the Registrar shall be affected by notice to the contrary. (iv) All Securities issued upon any transfer or exchange pursuant to the terms of this Indenture shall evidence the same debt and shall be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as the Securities surrendered upon such transfer or exchange.
