Common use of No Debarment/Exclusion Clause in Contracts

No Debarment/Exclusion. Each party represents and warrants that it has not been excluded from participating in Medicare, Medi‐Cal, or other federal health care programs. Each party agrees that it will notify the other parties immediately in the event it is excluded from Medicare, Medi‐Cal, or any other federal health care program during the term of this Agreement. If any party is excluded from participating in Medicare, Medi‐Cal, or any other federal health care program, this Agreement shall terminate automatically effective as of the date of such exclusion.
