Neither Recipient nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, or voluntarily excluded from any federally-assisted transaction, or proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participating in this Agreement by any state or federal agency. Recipient agrees to notify ODOT immediately if it is debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from any federally assisted transaction for any reason or if circumstances change that may affect this status, including without limitation upon any relevant indictments or convictions of crimes.
