Common use of No Delegation or Assignment Clause in Contracts

No Delegation or Assignment. Contractor shall not delegate, transfer or assign its duties or rights under this Agreement, either in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by acquisition, asset sale, merger, change of control, operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Commission and any prohibited delegation or assignment shall render the contract in breach.
