No Disability. Employee agrees that he has not sustained any disabling personal injury and/or occupational disease which has resulted in a loss of wage-earning capacity during his employment with the Company or due to the termination of his employment and that he has no personal injury and/or occupational disease which has been contributed to, or aggravated or accelerated in a significant manner, by his employment with the Company and/or the termination of his employment.
No Disability. Vendor certifies and agrees that it is under no contractual or other disability which would prevent it from complying with all pertinent laws and regulations.
No Disability. Subrecipient certifies and agrees that it is under no contractual or other disability which would prevent it from complying with all pertinent laws and regulations.
No Disability. Mx. Xxxxxx acknowledges that, to the best of his knowledge, he has not sustained any disabling personal injury and/or occupational disease which has resulted in a loss of wage earning capacity during his employment with the Company or due to the separation from that employment and that he has no personal injury and/or occupational disease which has been contributed to, or aggravated or accelerated in a significant manner by his employment with the Company and/or the separation from that employment.
No Disability. As of the date of this Agreement, PURCHASER is not and will not be under any legal disability to enter into and perform this Agreement and, at all times from the date of this Agreement until the Closing, PURCHASER shall have the full power and authority to perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement.
No Disability. As of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date, SELLER is not and will not be under legal disability to enter into and perform this Agreement and, at all times from the date of this Agreement until the Closing, SELLER shall have the full power and authority to perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement.
No Disability. Johnson and McNeil each have the power to enter intx xxx xerforx xxxxr respective obligations under this Agreement, and neither is under any disability which would affect the enforceability of this Agreement.
No Disability. Contractor certifies and agrees that it is under no contractual or other disability which would prevent it from complying with all pertinent laws and regulations.
No Disability. Seller is not under any legal or other disability that would limit the ability of Seller to enter into this Agreement, to conduct the Businesses, and to own, operate, and lease its properties as and in the places where the Businesses are now conducted and the properties are now owned, leased, or operated.
No Disability. Jxxxxxx and MxXxxx each have the power to enter into and perform their respective obligations under this Agreement, and neither is under any disability which would affect the enforceability of this Agreement.
