No Discharge of Guarantor. Guarantor agrees that nothing contained herein shall prevent Landlord from suing on the Lease or from exercising any rights available to Landlord thereunder and that the exercise of any of the aforesaid rights shall not constitute a legal or equitable discharge of Guarantor.
