Project Monitoring. The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.
Project Monitoring. During the term of the Agreement, Contractor shall cooperate with the County, either directly or through its representatives, in monitoring Contractor’s progress and performance of this Agreement.
Project Monitoring. A. The Department or any of its authorized agents may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of the Grantee's performance to determine compliance with Section 6 SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES, and other technical and administrative requirements of this Contract, including the adequacy of the Grantee's records and accounts. The Department will advise the Grantee of any specific areas of concern and provide the Grantee opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to the Department.
B. Failure by the Grantee to proceed with reasonable promptness to take necessary corrective actions shall be a default. If the Grantee’s corrective actions remain unacceptable, the Department may terminate this Contract in whole or in part, pursuant to the provisions of Section 23 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT, or reduce the contract price or award to reflect the reduced value of services received.
Project Monitoring. Grantee understands that Grantor may impose additional reporting requirements during the grant period by providing notice in writing to Grantee. Xxxxxxx agrees to report any additional information required by Grantor.

The Department or any of its authorized agents may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of the Contractor’s performance to determine compliance with the SCOPE OF WORK, the proper use of Program funds, and other technical and administrative requirements of this Contract, including the adequacy of the Contractor’s records and accounts. The Department will advise the Contractor of any specific areas of concern and provide the Contractor opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to the Department.
Project Monitoring. 6.1 The Contractor shall provide a project report to the National Petroleum Agency.
6.2 For major projects exceeding One Million United States Dollars (U.S $1,000,000) or its equivalent, the Contractor shall provide to the National Petroleum Agency a detailed quarterly report which shall include:
(a) the approved budget total for each project;
(b) the expenditure on each project;
(c) the variance and explanations;
(d) the number and value of construction change orders;
(e) a bar chart of schedule showing work progress and work already completed and schedule of mile-stones and significant events; and
(f) a summary of progress during the reporting period, summary of existing problems, if any, and the proposed remedial action, anticipated problems, and percentage of completion, provided that the National Petroleum Agency shall have the right to send its own representatives to assess the project based on the report.
6.3 In the case of an increase in cost in excess of five percent (5%) of the project, the Contractor shall promptly notify the National Petroleum Agency and obtain necessary budget approval.
6.4 Not later than six (6) months following the physical completion of any major project whose cost exceeds One Million United States Dollars (U.S $1 ,000,000) or its equivalent, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the National Petroleum Agency a project completion report which shall include the following:
(a) a cost performance of the project in accordance with the work breakdown at the commencement of the project;
(b) the significant variation in any item or sub-item;
(c) a summary of problems and expected events encountered during the project; and
(d) a list of excess materials.
Project Monitoring. A Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) comprising of eminent experts from the relevant field(s) will be constituted by BIRAC to monitor the progress of the objective(s) of the Project. BIRAC shall have at least one representative in the PMC. The functions of the PMC shall be as follows: To monitor the progress of the Project in conformity with the outputs, milestones, targets objectives and other terms and conditions as contained in the GLA To keep track of funding from any other source for the Project. To assess the global developments impacting the domain of the Project. Based on the foregoing, to assess and recommend: the release of next installment or part release thereof by the BIRAC. revision of Project Duration closing, dropping or modifying any of the components of the Project, within the overall approved objectives, budget and time-frame, inclusion of additional industrial/institutional partner(s), if the Company and the Institutes requests involvement of such partner(s), in the overall interest of the Project; and revision of the financial assistance. To advise on issues related to securing of IPR and mentor to overcome any technological problem faced in the Project implementation; and To advise on any other matter as referred to it by BIRAC and/or otherwise reasonably necessary for effective discharge of its duties and/or achievement of aims and objectives of the Schemes.

6.3 In the case of an increase in cost in excess of five percent (5%) of the project, the Contractor shall promptly notify the National Petroleum Agency and obtain necessary budget approval, in accordance with Article 2.6 (c) of Schedule 2.
6.4 Not later than six (6) months following the physical completion of any major project whose cost exceeds $5,000,000 or its equivalent, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the National Petroleum Agency a project completion report which shall include the following:
(a) a cost performance of the project in accordance with the work breakdown at the commencement of the project;
(b) the significant variation in any item or sub-item;
(c) a summary of problems and unexpected events encountered during the project; and
Project Monitoring. GRANTEE shall consult with and keep the DEPARTMENT fully informed as to the progress of all matters covered by this Xxxxx. The GRANTEE agrees to submit a report monthly or as otherwise stipulated in the AGREEMENT of all safety activities related to the grant and/or contract using the template provided by the DEPARTMENT. Additionally the GRANTEE must inform the DEPARTMENT as soon as possible of any issues/events that may have significant impact on grant activity or accomplishment. Dependent on the Department’s needs to accurately and timely report project milestones, a supplemental approval of less frequent reporting may be considered by the Department. The GRANTEE agrees to attend progress meetings upon request of the DEPARTMENT to provide information and discuss the accomplishments and expectations of the Highway Safety Project. The DEPARTMENT may conduct periodic on-site reviews of all ongoing highway safety projects to monitor adherence to the AGREEMENT and to review progress, procedures and claims for reimbursement. The Department’s representative shall have access to GRANTEE’S work and applicable records whenever it is in preparation or progress, and GRANTEE shall provide for such access and inspection. The final report shall be submitted to the DEPARTMENT within 30 days after the expiration date of the project or as stipulated in this AGREEMENT. GRANTEE will obtain prior approval from the DEPARTMENT with respect to all enforcement locations. All articles, publications, news releases, exhibits, video, audio materials, reports and all other work products produced by the GRANTEE under this grant and/or contract shall be submitted to the DEPARTMENT for approval prior to development and shall become and remain the property of the DEPARTMENT. All articles, publications, news releases, exhibits, video or audio materials prepared by the GRANTEE shall use the DEPARTMENT’S logo and shall identify the DEPARTMENT as the funding source by including the statement: “This project is funded by the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Traffic Safety”.
