Common use of No Disclosure Obligation Clause in Contracts

No Disclosure Obligation. unless and to the extent ordered so to do by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Note Trustee shall not be required to disclose to any Noteholder any information (including, without limitation, information of a confidential, financial or price sensitive nature) made available to the Note Trustee by the First Issuer or any other person in connection with these presents or any other Transaction Document and no Noteholder shall be entitled to take any action to obtain from the Note Trustee any such information;
