No Disparaging Remarks. The Consultant, Contractor and the Company (to the extent practicable) agree that they will not (except as required by law) directly or indirectly make any statements or release any information, or encourage others to make any statement or release any information that is designed to embarrass or criticize the other (or any of their respective affiliates or associates), provided that it will not be a violation of this section 6.4 for either Consultant, Contractor or the Company to make truthful statements in a court proceeding or to a governmental agency.
