Common use of No Dissemination of Confidential information Clause in Contracts

No Dissemination of Confidential information. The Issuer will be entitled to hold confidential all exploration information relating to any program on which any portion of the Exploration Fund is expended pursuant to this Agreement and will not be obligated to make such information available to any Subscriber except in the manner and at such time as it makes any such information available to its shareholders or to the public pursuant to the rules and policies of any stock exchange or laws, regulations or policies of any province.
