Common use of No Distribution of Materials Clause in Contracts

No Distribution of Materials. None of the Material BreitBurn Entities has distributed and, prior to the later to occur of any Delivery Date and completion of the distribution of the Units, will distribute any offering material in connection with the offering and sale of the Units other than any Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus to which the Representatives have consented in accordance with Section 1(g) or 6(a)(vii) and any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus set forth on Schedule II hereto.
