No Duties Except as Specified in Trust Indenture or Instructions. The Mortgagee shall not have any duty or obligation to use, operate, store, lease, control, manage, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Aircraft or any other part of the Trust Indenture Estate, or to otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, this Trust Indenture or any part of the Trust Indenture Estate, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Trust Indenture or as expressly provided in written instructions from Note Holders as provided in this Trust Indenture; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Trust Indenture against the Mortgagee. The Mortgagee agrees that it will in its individual capacity and at its own cost and expense (but without any right of indemnity in respect of any such cost or expense under Section 7.01 hereof), promptly take such action as may be necessary duly to discharge all liens and encumbrances on any part of the Trust Indenture Estate which result from claims against it in its individual capacity not related to the ownership of the Aircraft or the administration of the Trust Indenture Estate or any other transaction pursuant to this Trust Indenture or any document included in the Trust Indenture Estate.
