No Duty of Project Manager to Provide Funds. Under no circumstances shall Project Manager have any duty or obligation to advance any funds for the account of County, but if Project Manager does, with prior written approval of the County, advance any of its own funds for the account of County, County shall promptly reimburse Project Manager therefor.
