Nothing in this Article 20 or elsewhere in this Lease shall imply any duty upon the part of Landlord to do any work required to be performed by Tenant hereunder and performance of any such work by Landlord shall not constitute a waiver of Tenant’s default in failing to perform the same. Landlord, during the progress of any such work, may keep and store at the Premises all necessary materials, tools, supplies and equipment so long as such storage does not materially interfere with the operation of the Premises or the use of any Residential Units.
