No duty to enquire. No person dealing with Investor, any Receiver or any Delegate shall be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the power or rights conferred by or pursuant to any Transaction Document are exercisable; (b) whether any consents, regulations, restrictions or directions relating to such rights have been obtained or complied with; (c) otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of acts purporting or intended to be in exercise of any such rights; or (d) as to the application of any money borrowed or raised.
