No Duty to Monitor Payments. We do not have any duty to monitor the payments that are made through the Xxxx Pay Service. If you are a business and an authorized representative of yours uses your Xxxx Pay Account to pay bills which are not yours, you assume the entire risk of loss and indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from all loss, liability, claims, demands, judgments and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with such use.
