No Duty to Seek Other Employment. Amounts payable to the Executive under this Agreement shall not be reduced by the amount of any compensation received by the Executive from any other employer or source, and the Executive shall not be under any obligation to seek other employment or gainful pursuit as a result of this Agreement.
