No Duty to Seek Other Employment. Amounts payable to any Retired Early Employee under this Paragraph 6 shall not be reduced by the amount of any compensation received by such Retired Early Employee from any other employer or source during the Pay-Out Period, and no Retired Early Employee shall be under any obligation to seek other employment or gainful pursuit during such Pay-Out Period as a result of this Agreement.
