Xxxxxx Xxx shall be fully protected in acting or relying upon, and shall have no duty or obligation to verify the truth, accuracy, authenticity, validity, or legal sufficiency of, any written notice, direction, request, waiver, consent, receipt, or other paper or document which Xxxxxx Xxx in good faith believes to be genuine and to have been signed or presented by Secured Party or Issuer pursuant to this Acknowledgment Agreement.
