Common use of No Duty Clause in Contracts

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank Lender shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks or such Lender and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Banks Lenders and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, appraisers and other professional Persons and consultants retained by any of the Agent Agent, the Arranger or any Bank Lender shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of Agent, the Agent Arranger and the Banks Lenders and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, care or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any Guarantor, any shareholders of the Borrower's shareholders Borrower or any Guarantor or any other Person.

All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank Purchaser shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks or such Purchaser and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower any Note Party or any of the Borrower's any Note Party’s shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks Lenders and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower any Loan Party or any Loan Party’s shareholders or the shareholders (or members, as applicable) of the Borrower's shareholders any Loan Party’s Subsidiaries or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank Agents and the Lenders shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent Agents and the Banks Lenders and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower, any shareholder or Subsidiary of Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Parent, Borrower or any of the BorrowerParent's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by any of the Agent or any Bank the Lenders shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks such Persons and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. No Duty. All Except as may otherwise be required by SECTION 13.22, all attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any Borrower, any Obligated Party, any of the Borrower's Borrowers' shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, appraisers and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the any Agent or any Bank Lender shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent such Agents and the Banks such Lenders and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, care or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders its Affiliates or any other Person.

All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank Agents, the Issuing Banks and the Banks shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent Agent, the Documentation Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Issuing Banks and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by any of the Agent Agents, the Issuing Banks or any Bank the Banks shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks such Persons and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower Borrowers or any of the Borrower's Borrowers' shareholders or any other Person.

All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and or the Banks applicable Bank and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders Obligated Party or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the either Agent or any Bank its Affiliates shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the such Agent and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders ’s Equity Interest holders, Affiliates, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, or any other Person.

No Duty. All Except as may otherwise be required by Section 13.22, all attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or Borrower, any Obligated Party, any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.

All attorneyslegal counsel, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank Lender shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks or such Lender and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower or any of the Borrower's ’s shareholders or any other Person.

No Duty. All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower Parent or any Guarantor, any shareholders of the Borrower's shareholders Parent or any Guarantor, or any other Person.

All attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and other professional Persons and consultants retained by the Agent or any Bank Agents and the Banks shall have the right to act exclusively in the interest of the Agent Agents and the Banks and shall have no duty of disclosure, duty of loyalty, duty of care, or other duty or obligation of any type or nature whatsoever to the Borrower, any shareholder or Subsidiary of Borrower or any of the Borrower's shareholders or any other Person.
