Common use of No Effect on Other Parties Clause in Contracts

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any complete or partial termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1 or upon any appointment of a Successor Servicer with respect to all or a portion of the Trust Assets, all rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Titling Trust under this Agreement and each other Titling Trust Document shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in any other Titling Trust Document.
